About the Chef
Isaac is a professional chef with over 15 years of hands-on experience in kitchens across Ontario, shaped by a simple belief: great food should be personal, nourishing, and made with care.
He got his start at just 15 years old, washing dishes after school at a neighbourhood steakhouse in North Bay. Before long, curiosity pulled him onto the line, and he never looked back. At RoseBowl Steakhouse, Isaac learned the foundations of cooking: discipline, timing, and respect for ingredients.
From there, he moved into a fast-paced microbrewery kitchen in Kanata, where he expanded his skills and stepped into a leadership role. His journey continued in downtown Toronto, spending three years at a busy gastropub refining his technique, speed, and adaptability across diverse menus and high-volume service.
Isaac later transitioned into fine dining at a boutique hotel restaurant, where he became a station chef and honed his precision, plating, and attention to detail, learning how thoughtful food can elevate an entire experience.
Currently, Isaac is the Head Chef at a small local restaurant, serving quality food to his neighbourhood’s locals, while growing his relationship with the community.
Today, Isaac brings all of that experience together through his personalized meal planning service. His focus has shifted from restaurant service to individual people — creating meals that fit real lives, real goals, and real tastes. Whether the priority is health, convenience, or simply enjoying better food at home, Isaac designs thoughtful, chef-crafted plans tailored to each client.
After years in demanding kitchens, Isaac now cooks with intention: food that’s practical, satisfying, and made to support the way people actually live.
